Anka Acquisition Limited (“Anka”) has announced the acquisition of George Best Belfast City
Airport (“BCA”) from Ferrovial Aeropuertos, S.A., a subsidiary of Ferrovial Infraestructuras,
S.A., which is in turn a subsidiary of Grupo Ferrovial , S.A.

Anka is owned by the AA Global Infrastructure Fund (“AAGIF”), which is managed by ABN
AMRO Infrastructure Capital Management Ltd (“AAICM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortis
Investments.

Separately, Faros Infrastructure Partners LLC (“Faros”), an investment group focused on the
aviation and transport infrastructure industry, has an option to acquire a minority stake in Anka in
the future.

Anka was advised by RBC Capital Markets, while Lovells provided legal advice. Faros
Infrastructure Partners LLC provided specialist transport and aviation-related advice.
Debt financing for the acquisition is being arranged by HSH Nordbank.
